Floor Tuff Green Provides OH&S Compliant Non Slip Surfacing for Leading Food Manufacturer

Management of this food manufacturing group identified potential OH&S risk hazard in their facility and have approached Global Safe NSW to provide them with a solution. The manufacturing plant has several work areas some of which had issues with old and worn paint as well as insufficient slip resistance of the floors.
The manufacturer was looking for a preferably environmentally friendly solution which would provide them with sustainable slip resistance and the colour would match the factory standard colours.
After the initial assessment and the complimentary Floor Safety Inspection report by the company's floor safety representative, the Floor Tuff Green product was proposed as the solution to remedy the problem. The food manufacturer also wanted to ensure that the solution will be applied properly and accepted that grinding off the existing contaminated and worn surface will ensure the best adhesion.
The project at both locations now completed and management is very satisfied with the results and the stated;

We have also signed up to their risk management system called FSMP©**, which will ensure that the floor's slip resistance will be regularly inspected and the status reported, which we find as a great value to us. This is especially good as the company does not charge for this service, but offering it as an integral part of their solution."
