On June 18, Gaggenau Hausgeräte GmbH picked up the BCP Award in Gold in the major BCP Congress 2008, “Corporate Publishing goes global: Brand Journalism for a changing world” in Munich. At the glittering BCP prize-giving ceremony in the city’s Hotel Bayerpost, Gaggenau received the coveted accolade for the BtoB magazine, “new spaces”, beating 40 rivals in the Craft trades/Construction /Architecture category. Attracting entries from over 600 publications and boasting 117 high-caliber jurors from the worlds of journalism, corporate communications and publishing, BCP, or Best of Corporate Publishing, is without a doubt Europe’s largest corporate communications competition. The magazine “Gaggenau new spaces” has been in publication since 2007, and 3 editions have been published to date. The target audience for “new spaces” is made up of architects, designers and kitchen planners, who obtain both technical information and high-quality content on architectural matters from the publication. The added value provided by the publication creates an emotional bond between the planning specialists making up its target group and the Gaggenau brand.
In all, the Forum Corporate Publishing, together with its media partners and the leading sector magazines acquisa, Horizont and w&v, hands out awards in 26 categories.
