Bradflo Pty Ltd is delighted to have been granted exclusive distribution rights in Australia for the Klimagiel® Textile Ducting range.
The Klimagiel® range of fabric duct is available in three materials; 100% polyester which is classified as standard, polyamide which has a class 1 fire rating and mineral fabric which has a class 0 fire rating.
The textile ducts can be supplied in circular or semicircular cross-sections and both types may be installed either horizontally or vertically by means of extruded aluminium rails.
The use of circular textile ducts is particularly suited for use in the food processing industry and in other industrial applications where the design conditions normally require a high air change rate, clean working conditions and a low air outlet velocity.
The use of semicircular textile ducts is particularly suited for use in civilian environments due to its low visual impact and wide choice of available colours. It allows architects a wide selection of creative alternatives compared to traditional air distribution systems and is particularly suited to be installed in hospitals, gyms, shopping centres, offices, clean rooms and libraries and restaurants.
Bradflo’s General Manager, Mr Raymond Judd said that the installation of the fabric duct provides a number of unique advantages over traditional air diffusion installations including eliminating the need for additional air diffusion components and accessories.
“The range of Klimagiel® Fabric Duct is aesthetically pleasing in appearance and reduces installation and maintenance costs” Mr Judd said.
Other advantages of textile ducting include extremely low air outlet velocities, homogenous draught free air distribution throughout a conditioned space, no condensation, fire resistant, cost competitive, easy maintenance, lightweight and is very easy to install.
Klimagiel® textile ducts are connected by concealed zippers including elbows and reducers and are available in all RAL colours.
