Design icon James Dyson has introduced to Australia an innovation in hand drying. The new Dyson Airblade™ dries hands completely in just ten seconds!
Most conventional hand dryers use 60 year old technology that relies on painfully slow evaporation to dry hands. The washroom air, filled with faecal germs and bacteria, is heated at a temperature where bacteria can breed, before being blown out onto people’s freshly washed hands.
The new Dyson Airblade ™ is different. It’s fast, effective, environmentally friendly and most of all hygienic; bacteria killing HEPA filtration removes germs and mould from the air before hand drying.Featuring Dyson’s advanced Digital Motor (DDM), the Airblade uses significantly less energy to produce a 640km per hour unheated air stream channelled through a 0.3 millimetre gap; these ‘blades’ of air act like an invisible windscreen wiper, wiping moisture from hands and leaving them completely dry.
