Enhance-Plus is a breathable surface treatment that provides lasting enrichment for stain and color protection on terracotta tile, concrete, cast stone, limestone, pavers, marble, granite, grout, and terrazzo. The resulting surfaces can be easily cleaned, maintained, and kept looking at their best for far longer than those that remain unprotected and exposed to the elements. Conventional applications include building facades, garages, entertaining areas, kitchens, garages, patios, walls, and floors. Enhance-Plus is freeze-thaw stable, and contains around 40% active content blended in to a safe, odourless solvent.

  Penetrating Sealer Solution is a breathable surface treatment that provides lasting enrichment for the protection of stain and color on terracotta tiles, concrete pavers, cast stone, brick, limestone, granite, marble, grout, and terrazzo. Outdoor and indoor surfaces treated with Global Safe Technologies’ Penetrating Sealer Solution are easier to clean and maintain, are more moss-resistant and retain their aesthetic appearance far longer than untreated materials. Conventional applications include building facades, floors, walls, patios, kitchens, entertaining areas, garages and swimming pool surrounds.

  Safe Grip Anti-Slip Strips and Non-Skid Treatment

  Safe Grip Anti-Slip Strips and Non-Skid Treatments are used to create slip-free surfaces and well-marked edges, and also serve as a protective and attractive coating with for vehicular and foot traffic, and certain special occasions. Common applications include decks, balconies, patios, garages, steps, pool surrounds, entertaining areas, playgrounds, demountable classrooms, walkways, kitchens, floor areas, cool rooms, anti-slip flooring, bridges and driveways, scaffolding planks, equipment platforms, trafficable armoured coating for entrances and steps, and anti-slip and repair treatment for stairs, walkways, and steps. Safe Grip is also suited for certain agricultural applications, such as animal housing and races, cherry picker platforms, and agricultural equipment.

  Safe Solution Micro Etching

  Safe Solution Micro Etching is a non-toxic anti-slip coating combined with a Neutralizer Solution that makes is biodegradable as well as non-slip and surface protective. When grease or water puddles on mineral surfaces that are non-porous and hard, hydroplaning can take place. Like a car skidding over a very wet road, this can be dangerous, especially in the workplace or industrial applications. After treatment with Safe Solution Micro Etching coating, microscopic channels are formed, so that oils and water are naturally disbursed from underfoot, ensuring that the user is directly in contact with the surface at all times.

  Tactile Ground Surface Indicator

  Tactile Ground Surface Indicators provide tactile surface on access routes and public pathways which can be felt underfoot and recognised as a warning of imminent pedestrian hazards, especially to the vision impaired. This product and installation requirements are controlled by AS/NZS 1428.4:2002. Global Safe Technologies also undertook considerable consultation with architects and engineers to ensure that their Tactile Ground Surface Indicators are also compliant with architectural standards and industry design expectations.
