New or old, any home comes to life with Insulclad by Nuplex. Insulclad is a lightweight cladding ideal for upper storey additions, renovations and new homes. Insulclad is a lightweight (weighs 7kg/sq m) crack resistant rendered exterior wall finish that provides full insulation (75mm system achieves a rating of 2.2R) and a weatherproof barrier for residential and commercial applications.

The system consists of sheets of polystyrene fixed to the exterior framing or bonded to brick and concrete substrates. The polystyrene is then coated with an acrylic modified cement based render reinforced with fibreglass mesh, then finished with a final coat of Ezytex finishing render painted with two coats of good quality 100 per cent acrylic paint.
