Made of 100% EPDM rubber with 75% post-industrial recycled rubber content, Neoflex Reco is a durable, resilient and sound absorbing rubber flooring option perfect for building entrances, walkways and retail stores in both commercial and recreational settings. The unique appearance of NeoFlex Reco floor is available in three distinct chip sizes – ‘S’, ‘L’ and ‘XL’ - and fifteen different colours. Custom colours can also be specially produced.

Decoflex Universal

Decoflex Universal is a one-of-a-kind seamless, multipurpose indoor sports flooring surface: an extremely resilient rubber base mat available in varying thicknesses, designed to meet the requirements of almost any sport. The top-most surface of Decoflex Universal always comprises of polyurethane wear coat in combination with polyurethane top coat, ensuring optimum safety, durability and playability. This surface not only proves effective for sports, but also for dance halls, school halls, catering facilities, and aerobic rooms.

Ballistic Seamless Safety Flooring

Rephouse Ballistic Seamless Safety Flooring lessens lead dust build-up that can often result from recursive range firing, making it ideal for indoor shooting range applications. The Evoflex surface consists of rubber base mat that has been finished with a coloured top coat, self-levelling wear coat, and pore sealer, creating a surface that is completely smooth, impermeable and seamless. Rephouse Ballistic Seamless Safety Flooring is available in thicknesses raging between 12 mm and 45 mm.

DecoFlex “D” Series Outdoor Sports Flooring

The Decoflex D Series is a pre-fabricated rubber sports flooring system specifically been engineered for all seasons sports applications. Decoflex D Series Outdoor Sports Flooring is a multi-purpose sports surface suited to use in colleges, clubs, schools, public facilities, and universities. There are many colours available, as well as custom logo design, and options for lining on a permanent basis. Areas of application include volleyball, tennis, street courts, futsal, recreational grounds, badminton and other sports fields. Decoflex D Outdoor is also being used on soccer/football fields to create a protective and safer ground surface.

Decoflex Softcourt

Decoflex Softcourt Sports Flooring is of a pre-fabricated roll base mat comprised of polymerically bound rubber particles. The surface is available in a choice of four colors, allowing for a purpose-designed all-weather, seamless playing surface for a wide range of outdoor applications. Such areas of application include basketball, volleyball, futsal, training tracks, jogging, street courts, recreational grounds and badminton courts. Decoflex Softcourt Sports Flooring is manufactured to a thickness of 13 millimeters so that it meets with IAAF technical requirements for Synthetic Surfaced Running Tracks.

Athletic Tracks

Decoflex Athletic Tracks are a full-depth polyurethane outdoor flooring system made from cast in-situ wear coats that have been finished with an encapsulated top coating. These highly durable outdoor tracks are certified by IAAF and so are suitable for use in national and international athletic tracks, training tracks, jogging tracks and other such track and field applications. Red is the most common colour choice, but Decoflex Athletic Track surfaces are also available in blue and green, depending on the needs of the customer and the aesthetics of the intended installation site.

Thickness: 14 mm – 18mm + Tensile strength: approximately 0.54 N/mm2 + Range: FD 18, SW14, T14, and D14.

Evopave Equine Flooring

Equine Flooring Evopave Equine Flooring is made up of tough rubber particles which have been bound by a MDI polyurethane binder. Evopave Rubber Interlocking pavers have been made such that virtually they are indestructible, fully elastic, water permeable, weatherproof, frost-proof, slip resistant and durable. The Evopave Equine Flooring Basic version consists of black coloured recycled rubber, which is coloured with pigmented MDI polyurethane binder. The Royal Version consists of a black coloured recycled rubber base, covered with a coloured EPDM rubber top layer, bound by a clear cut MDI polyurethane binder. Areas of application include hores stables, as well as golf clubs, weight rooms, ski lodges, ice rinks, etc.

Isodec Acoustical Underlay

Isodec Acoustical Underlay is made up of recycled polymerically bound rubber particles, supplied either in rolls or in sheets. Isodec flooring comes in two types: B700-BA, which comprises of completely recycled rubber; and RC500, which is a combination of cork and recycled rubber, and lessens noise transfer by around 50%. Areas of application include anti-vibration, thermal insulation, waterproofing protection, transportation protection and sound insulation, for both indoor or outdoor flooring projects.

Ballistic Tiles

Rephouse Ballistic tiles are made up of tough particles of rubber bound by MDI polyurethane binder, resulting in a tile that exhibits superb capturing properties, helping to prevent ricochets. The finished surfaces is smooth and free from any protruding edges, making the tiles an ideal lining solution for outdoor and indoor shooting ranges not only on walls, but also on walkways and floors as well. The product range covers a selection of standard colours, including Basic Red, Basic Green, and Basic Black, to suit most standard ballistics ranges.
