Our unique and innovative 3form Varia system implements the use of ecoresin to encapsulate superior color, organic materials, as well as textures over the translucent resin panels which can then be altered into walls, doors, dividers as well as a lot of architectural solutions.

History

3form was founded in 1991 by Ray Goodson with a vision for developing design-oriented building materials with an unbending dedication towards ecological responsibilities. 3form became a part of the Hunter Douglas Group in 2007 and subsequently opened operational centres in Asia, Europe and the USA. The early team at 3form tirelessly worked towards full development of the technology that lead to Ecoresin as well as the technology which enabled encapsulation of design elements with the translucent resin panels. 9 years and five patents later, the outcome was the unique award winning Varia platform that successfully set new standards in the field of ecological responsibility and design supremacy, and is widely known as the most important new product category within Architecture & Design in the past 20 years. 3form's key focus was the re-thinking of conventional mass-production and manufacturing models that waste resources by producing excessive amounts of product stock. Since its early days, 3form used a "pull" or "build-to-order" production strategy which completely eliminated additional inventory and makes sure that the resources are only used on an “as-needed” basis.
