The Chaohu Newcentury Process

Chaohu Newcentury is guaranteed to deliver the highest standards in quality control, manufacturing and treatment. Raw timber is treated and dried by Chaohu Newcentury within 3 days from being harvested to ensure a fast, efficient process to preserve the strength and quality of the timber. The company prides itself in accentuating the naturally light colours of bamboo – with sterilisation measures of boiling the material to kill parasites and pathogens. 

Timber planks are crafted to perfection – thanks to Chaohu Newcentury’s four sided moulding process. Each plan is manufactured to be perfectly straight and of a consistent thickness and width.

During the manufacturing process, Chaohu Newcentury controls the composition and stability of their timber planks to eliminate any distortion. Planks are balanced in a controlled environment for days – up to 20-30 at a time for timber used in exterior decking.

The coating process of Chaohu Newcentury timber occurs in a safe, dust free environment – giving the paint or coating a uniform, professional look that exceeds the highest standards.

Timber flooring products are professionally packed and handled by the Chaohu Newcentury team in the factory, vacuum sealed and packed into large cartons. Professional loading machinery transports Chaohu Newcentury products, ensuring unnecessary damages are avoided and that the highest quality of timber is delivered to your door.   Chaohu Newcentury have exported goods to most countries of Europe, North and South America, and further abroad.
