Unibond’s Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP) feature excellent mechanical properties and creative surface enhancement, accurately registering alignment in small and large formats. ACPs are suitable for use in green and exterior architecture, interior design, advertising signage, transportation vehicles and other purposes. Composed of two top-grade aluminium alloy sheets, along with a thermoplastic polyethylene or class 1 non-combustible mineral fibre core, ACPs are laminated under a continuous heat and pressure process. The material surface is coated with a KYNAR 500® PVDF flurocarbon resin, purchasable in a variety of colours.

The Unibond Honeycomb panel provides for a flatter, lighter, easily sculpted material, which maintains the stringent quality of Unibond products at the same time.
