Fagor Industrial Ovens

DESCRIPTION

Fagor Industrial, a Cooperative integrated in MCC (Mondragón Corporación Cooperativa) is a company that manufactures all equipment needs for the collective catering and washing industries. It was established in 1960 as a department of Fagor Electrodomésticos. The Fogor Industrial Ovens are available in various series including Combi Series, Combi Evolution Series, Stacking Systems and Static Ovens. All Fagor Industrial products have ISO 9001 certification.

All Fagor Industrial ovens have multi-use possibilities so it is possible to cook many different dishes at once, while helping with gas and energy savings. Available in a range of sizes, there are five main cooking modes available: convection, steam, combined, adjustable steam and regeneration and they are allied to probe and delta functions. The ovens have an integrated cleaning system like delta function; multi-sensor probe function, remote programming and HACCP data register system, and have double-glazing with removable interior to help cleaning and to improve insulation.
