Floor Tuff Green Solves Service Centre's Slippery Floor OH&S Issue

One of the Victorian Service Centre of this large international pallet and container icon's required a long term sustainable solution to prevent slip and fall accidents. They contacted Global Safe Technologies Victoria to propose them with a solution.

After visiting the site and have detailed discussions with management about the requirements, the company proposed its widely used industry leading Floor Tuff Green environmentally friendly polyurethane coating. The product's independently tested and proven slip resistive and wearing qualities, suitability and relevant slip resistance standard compliance together with the FREE ongoing risk management program (FSMP©) and best lifecycle value were presented as part of the solution.

Management, after considering the detailed proposal, finally gave the go ahead for the project. Global Safe Technologies Victoria assembled a team of experienced floor safety specialist, by calling on its New South Wales based floor safety network members as well as using local contractors.

All floor surface preparatory and application work on this very sizable project was completed in 4 days after the team was working very long hours to ensure the timely completion. The work was carried out while the Service Centre was fully operational without causing any disruption to normal business.

The client is very satisfied with the result as well as the professionalism of the people attended the project and greatly appreciated the effort the team put in to ensure timely completion.
